Every custom bag we manufacture is specified from four building blocks. Tell us the use case and target price and our sales engineers will propose the right combination, or send a finished tech pack and we will match it.

Fabrics & Materials

Sourced from audited mills in Hebei, Zhejiang and Guangdong, tested for colour fastness, tear strength and water resistance before cutting.

  • 210D / 420D / 600D / 900D / 1680D polyester and nylon oxford
  • Ripstop nylon, Cordura-type and ballistic nylon for tactical and outdoor bags
  • 10 oz - 16 oz cotton canvas and waxed canvas
  • RPET recycled polyester with GRS certificates available
  • PU, PVC and TPU coatings for water-resistant and cooler bags
  • Neoprene, EVA moulded panels and mesh for gym and sport bags
  • Pantone-matched dyeing from 1,000 m per colour

Logo & Branding Methods

Decoration is done in-house so logo placement, colour and durability are checked on the same line that sews the bag.

  • Screen printing and heat-transfer printing (1-6 colours)
  • Sublimation printing for all-over patterns on polyester
  • Embroidery up to 12 colours, 3D puff embroidery
  • Woven labels, printed labels and leather / PU patches

FAQ

Custom bag catalog questions

Can I mix several bag categories in one order?
Yes. MOQ is 100 pieces per style, and styles from different categories can be combined on a single Proforma Invoice and shipped together.
Can you copy or improve a bag I already sell?
Send us the sample. We reverse-pattern it, propose fabric and hardware alternatives at your target price, and return a free counter-sample in 3-5 days. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks or protected designs.
Do you manufacture bag types not listed here?
Usually yes - the five categories cover our main lines, but the same machines and materials make laptop sleeves, pouches, cases, pet carriers and more. Ask.
Is sampling free for every category?
Yes for all custom styles. You cover the courier; the sample fee is waived, and any sample charge for complex constructions is credited against your first bulk order.
How are bags packed for export?
Standard: individual poly bag, then 5-layer export carton with your carton marks and barcodes. Retail packaging (hang tags, inserts, colour boxes) is available per style.
What is the lead time for a first order?
Sample 3-5 days after tech pack; bulk 20 days after sample approval and deposit. Coordinated multi-style orders are scheduled together across our 100 production lines.
