Not every order can wait 20 days for production. Our finished-goods warehouse in Baigou holds tens of thousands of inspected, poly-bagged backpacks - school, laptop, drawstring, travel and kids styles - sorted by style and colour on racking and in compressed bales. Wholesalers, importers and Amazon sellers pull from this stock for launches, top-ups and seasonal peaks; add a printed logo and ship in 7-10 days. The photos below were taken in the warehouse itself.

Racked stock: picked by style and colour in minutes
The racking hall holds the fast-moving stock - each bay one style, each shelf one colour, every unit already inspected and poly-bagged with a hang tag. A wholesale order of 300 mixed backpacks is picked, counted and cartoned in an afternoon, which is how a stock order ships in 7-10 days even with a logo print added.
Location labels on every bay tie to our inventory sheet, so when you ask "how many navy 25 L school backpacks are in stock today", the answer is a number, not an estimate.

Bulk bales: how we store tens of thousands of bags without crushing them
Slower-moving colours and large single-style lots are compressed into bales on our own bale press. A bale holds 100-150 backpacks in a woven PP wrap, stacks four high without damage, and takes a fifth of the floor space of loose cartons. Bales are opened, units re-inspected and re-bagged when an order is picked, so what ships is never a bag that has spent a year under pressure unchecked.
For container buyers this is the cheapest way to move volume: baled stock loads faster and denser than cartons, and we re-carton to your spec at the picking stage if your DC requires it.

Order picking and staging: from stock to your carton spec
A stock order is picked against the packing list, counted twice, and staged on pallets by style and colour. If you need your own hang tag, polybag warning text, carton marks or FNSKU labels, that happens here - the picking area doubles as a re-packing line. Kids and fashion colours are staged separately so mixed orders are easy to verify on the photo report we send before loading.
Everything staged here is also where your logo is applied for stock orders: the units go to the print room in the same building and come back to the pallet the same day.
