From Fabric Roll to Loaded Container: Five Floors That Set Our Lead Time
Every backpack we make passes through the same five departments on one site in Baigou: cutting, sewing, quality inspection, finished-goods storage and container loading. Keeping them under one roof is why a custom order ships in 20 days and a stock order in 7-10.

Fabric Cutting Room: Spreading, CNC and Die Cutting
Fabric rolls are spread in multi-layer lays, cut on vacuum CNC tables or hydraulic die presses, then bundled and ticketed by style, size and colour before they reach the sewing lines. Panel accuracy here decides how straight every seam looks later.
Cut panels are assembled on dedicated lines - one style per line, one operator per operation - with bartack machines reinforcing every strap anchor and handle. Line balancing is what lets us hold a 20-day bulk lead time at 10,000 pieces.
Quality Control: In-Line Checks and 100% Final Inspection
Inspectors check seams, zipper runs, strap pull strength and print alignment in-line, then every finished bag passes a 100% final inspection station before it is poly-bagged. Defects are logged by class so the same fault does not reach the next order.
Finished-Goods Warehouse: Wholesale Backpacks in Stock
Inspected, poly-bagged backpacks are stored on racking by style and colour or compressed into bales for container buyers. Orders are picked, counted and cartoned on site, with logo printing added on request.
Packing and Container Loading: Own Forklift, Own Loading Bay
Cartons are marked to your spec, palletised or floor-loaded, and put into the container by our own forklift team at the factory bay - no third-party warehouse in between. Loading photos and a packing list go to you the same day the container is sealed.

Fabrics & Materials
Sourced from audited mills in Hebei, Zhejiang and Guangdong, tested for colour fastness, tear strength and water resistance before cutting.
Fabric drives roughly half the cost and most of the durability of a custom bag. This guide shows the fabrics we manufacture with most often; our sales engineers will recommend one for your use case and target price.
All fabrics can be Pantone-matched from 1,000 m per colour and supplied with test reports for colour fastness, tear strength and, where required, REACH, GRS or OEKO-TEX certification.

Founded in 2006 in Baigou, Hebei Province - the largest bag-manufacturing cluster in northern China - Senszx operates two production buildings totalling 10,000 m2, with 1,000 staff and 100 sewing lines. We manufacture custom backpacks and bags for brands, importers, wholesalers and e-commerce sellers who need reliable quality, small starting quantities and predictable delivery.
Quality is not a final check at Senszx - it is six inspection gates built into the custom bag production line, so defects are caught where they happen, not in your warehouse.

Gate 01: Incoming material inspection
Every fabric roll, zipper lot and buckle shipment is checked against the approved sample for colour, weight, coating and strength before it enters the cutting room. Fabric with shade variance or coating defects is rejected at the door.

Gate 02: Cutting accuracy check
Cut panels are measured against the pattern and grouped by fabric lot so shade differences never end up on the same bag. First-cut approval is signed before the full order is cut.

Gate 03: In-line sewing inspection
Roving QC inspectors walk each of the 100 sewing lines checking stitch density (8-10 SPI), seam allowance, bar-tacks at stress points and zipper alignment. Faults are fixed at the station, not stacked for rework.

Gate 04: 100% finished bag inspection
Every custom bag - not a sample - passes a 12-point check in the QC area: zipper cycle, strap pull, logo position and colour, lining, hardware function, thread trimming and overall appearance.

Gate 05: Packing verification
Poly bag, hang tag, barcode, size label and carton mark are verified against your packing spec. Cartons are weighed and counted before sealing.

Gate 06: Pre-shipment audit & report
A final AQL 2.5 audit is run on the packed order, with photos and a signed inspection report sent to you before the container is booked. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is welcome at any stage.

Custom Bag Manufacturer FAQ: MOQ, Samples, Fabrics, Quality and Shipping
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ for a custom bag is 100 pieces per style. Fabric colour and logo variations within the same style are usually accepted inside that quantity - ask your sales engineer for details.
How long does sampling take and what does it cost?
Samples are free of charge and take 3-5 working days. Revisions are made until you approve, and shipping of the sample is the only cost to you.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Standard lead time is 20 days after sample approval and deposit. Large or complex orders are scheduled across our 100 production lines to protect the date.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for qualified orders. Other terms are negotiable depending on order value, buyer relationship and project requirements.
Which certifications does your factory hold?
Senszx is BSCI audited and certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). Products can be supplied with CE conformity where applicable. Certificates are available on request.
Do you have stock bags available for immediate shipment?
Yes. Our in-house designed stock range is fully inspected and individually packed. Stock orders can be cartoned and shipped within days of confirmation.
How do you ship to the Middle East and how long does it take?
We ship by sea to Jebel Ali, Dammam, Jeddah, Doha and other GCC ports, and by air or express for urgent or sample shipments. Our export team prepares all commercial documents and destination labelling. Transit times depend on route and mode - ask for a quote with your delivery address.
Do you offer private label bag manufacturing?
Yes. Private label is our most common programme: you choose a proven pattern from our library, we apply your fabric colour, logo, woven labels, hang tags and packaging, and the bags ship under your brand. MOQ 100 per style, no pattern development fee.
Can you manufacture a custom bag from a sketch or photo?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photo or competitor product and our design team will produce a tech pack and a physical sample in 3-5 days. Revisions are free until you approve.
Which fabric should I choose for my custom bag?
It depends on use and price point. 600D polyester is the all-round standard for school and tote bags; 900D-1680D for laptop and travel bags; 1000D Cordura-type nylon for tactical; ripstop nylon for hiking; canvas for lifestyle; RPET for eco lines. See the fabric guide above or ask a sales engineer.
What logo and branding methods do you offer?
Screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, embroidery (including 3D puff), woven and printed labels, PVC rubber patches, metal badges, debossing on PU leather and laser engraving on hardware. All decoration is done in-house.
How do you control quality on wholesale bag orders?
Six inspection gates: incoming material, cutting, in-line sewing, 100% finished bag inspection, packing verification and a final AQL 2.5 pre-shipment audit with photo report. Third-party inspection is welcome.
