Information you give us: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country and the content of your inquiry, including any design files you upload or send.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, referring site, browser type and approximate location. With your consent (see the cookie banner), Google Ads conversion measurement may set advertising cookies to tell us whether an ad brought you here; without consent, only cookieless aggregate signals are used. With analytics consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (aggregate page and traffic-source statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session replays and heatmaps that show how pages are used; form field contents are masked). You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, fulfil orders and provide after-sales support. To improve the website. To send occasional product updates only if you have asked for them; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Design files and order details are covered by our standard NDA and are never shown to other customers.
Sharing and transfers
We share information only with service providers needed to complete your order: freight forwarders, couriers, payment processors and testing laboratories. Data is stored on servers in China and may be processed by our team in China. By contacting us you consent to this transfer.
