What the showroom is for
A custom backpack project rarely starts from a blank page. It starts from a reference: a style the buyer likes, with three things they want changed. The showroom exists to make that first step fast. More than 1,000 designs developed in-house are hung by category - school, laptop and business, travel and duffle, hiking and outdoor, sling and promotional - so a buyer can review an entire segment in minutes rather than scroll a catalogue for days.
Each hall has meeting tables in the middle. Samples come off the wall, get opened, loaded and compared side by side; fabric swatches and hardware trays sit within reach. By the end of a session the buyer leaves with a shortlist of base styles and a marked-up list of changes - the brief our sample room turns into a counter-sample in 3-5 days.
The showroom is also where the DUTA collection lives. DUTA is our own retail brand: the styles we design, sell and stand behind under our own name. Seeing finished retail product next to OEM samples shows a buyer the standard we hold ourselves to before we build for them.

From showroom wall to your own design
1. Shortlist base styles
Walk the category you sell. Pull three to five styles that are closest to the brief: right size, right compartment layout, right price band.
2. Compare at the table
Open them, load them, check the back panel, zipper run and strap anchoring. Swap fabric swatches and hardware against the sample to see the options.
3. Choose your starting point
Use any showroom style as the base for your custom order - keep what works, change colourway, pockets, fabric or hardware to your spec. MOQ 500 pcs per style. Your sales engineer records every change against the base style number.
4. Counter-sample in 3-5 days
The marked-up brief goes to the sample room. A counter-sample ships in 3-5 days; bulk follows 20 days after approval.
Seeing the showroom
- In person: Baigou New Town, Baoding, Hebei - 90 minutes by car from Beijing Daxing Airport, 40 minutes by high-speed rail from Beijing West
- Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00-17:30 China time; we collect visitors at the station
- Live video tour: a sales engineer walks the halls on WhatsApp or Zoom and pulls any style you ask for
- Bring your reference bags or tech packs - the sample room is on site, so a counter-sample can start the same day
- Combine the visit with the factory tour: cutting, printing, sewing lines, QC lab and packing are in the same campus
- Stock styles seen in the showroom can ship from the finished-goods warehouse from 500 pcs
