Tote bags are the most flexible product in our catalogue: from a 500-piece printed canvas run for a boutique to a 100,000-piece non-woven programme for a supermarket chain. Senszx manufactures cotton canvas totes, heavy-duty utility totes, polyester shopping bags, jute bags, laptop totes and premium PU totes.

Because totes carry large branded surfaces, our in-house print room handles screen, heat-transfer and full-colour sublimation with Pantone matching, and we hold RPET and organic cotton options for sustainability-led buyers.

Custom tote bag manufacturing FAQ

What is the cheapest tote for a large promotional order?
Non-woven PP at 80-100 gsm with one-colour print. Above 5,000 pieces the unit cost is very low; MOQ remains 100 for any style.
Can you print full-colour photographs on a tote?
Yes - sublimation on polyester gives photographic quality edge-to-edge. On cotton canvas we use heat-transfer or up to 6-colour screen print.
Do you offer organic or recycled cotton?
Yes, GOTS organic cotton and GRS recycled cotton canvas are stocked in natural and can be dyed to Pantone.
Can a tote be made food-safe for grocery use?
Yes - laminated PEVA or food-grade PE interior lining, with wipe-clean exterior.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
MOQ is 500 pieces per style for fully custom production. Free samples ship in 3-5 days; bulk production takes about 20 days after sample approval. Larger orders are scheduled across our 100 production lines to hold the same lead time.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, irrevocable L/C at sight for qualified orders, and negotiable terms for repeat buyers. Every order is confirmed on an official Proforma Invoice.
