Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 500 pieces per style for custom OEM/ODM production - your own design, colours, fabric and branding. Samples ship in 3-5 days and bulk production takes 20 days after sample approval. Colour and logo variations within the same style are usually accepted inside that quantity.
I need a custom design but fewer than 500 pieces. What are my options?
We offer a paid development programme: a one-time development fee covers pattern making and up to three sample rounds, and the fee is credited back in full against your first production order of 500 pieces or more. This lets you perfect the design before committing to a bulk run.
Can I order several styles in one shipment?
Yes. MOQ applies per style; styles can be combined on one Proforma Invoice and shipped together in one container.
Do you sell to small brands and start-ups?
Yes. A 500-piece first order is how most of our long-term brand customers started: large enough for real unit economics, small enough to test a market. The development programme covers the design phase before you commit.
How do I get a quote?
Send a sketch or photo, dimensions, target quantity and any fabric preference via the inquiry form or WhatsApp. You will have a quote with options within a working day, usually much faster.
How long is a quotation valid?
30 days. Fabric and hardware prices are re-confirmed if you order after that.
Samples
Are samples really free?
Yes. Custom samples in standard materials are free; you pay only the courier. Tooling for new moulds or print screens is charged at cost and credited against your first bulk order.
How long does a sample take?
3-5 working days from a complete brief. Add 2-3 days if we design the bag from scratch.
Can I revise the sample?
Yes, as many rounds as needed; each round takes 3-5 days.
Will bulk match the sample?
Yes. You sign off a pre-production sample made from the actual bulk fabric, and final inspection compares every bag to it.
Can you copy a sample I send you?
We reverse-pattern it and propose improvements at your target price. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks or protected designs.
Production & lead time
How long is bulk production?
About 20 days after sample approval and deposit, including fabric dyeing. Large orders are scheduled across our 100 lines to hold the same date.
What is your monthly capacity?
100,000 bags across two facilities, 1,000 staff and 100 production lines.
Where is the factory?
Baigou Town, Baoding City, Hebei Province - China's largest bag-manufacturing cluster, about 90 minutes from Beijing Daxing airport.
Do you subcontract?
No. Cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, inspection and packing are done in-house. Only fabric dyeing and hardware plating are done by our audited suppliers.
Can I visit during production?
Yes. Buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome at pre-production, in-line and final stages.
Fabrics, branding & customisation
Which fabrics do you offer?
210D-1680D polyester, 420D-1000D nylon, ripstop, cotton canvas, RPET, PU leather, TPU and tarpaulin, mesh, neoprene, non-woven and jute. See the fabric guide.
Can you match my Pantone colour?
Yes. Fabric, webbing and zipper tape are dyed to Pantone with a lab dip for your approval before bulk.
What branding methods are available?
Screen print, heat transfer, sublimation, embroidery, woven and PVC labels, debossed PU patches, laser-engraved metal hardware, custom rubber zipper pulls and printed linings.
Can you add features like a USB port or laptop sleeve?
Yes. Most features can be added to any base pattern at the sample stage.
Do you offer sustainable materials?
GRS recycled polyester (RPET), GOTS organic cotton and recycled cotton canvas are stocked in natural and can be dyed to Pantone.
Quality & certifications
How do you control quality?
Six gates: incoming fabric, cutting, in-line sewing checks, 100% final inspection, packing check and an AQL 2.5 audit. A photo report is sent before shipment.
Which certifications do you hold?
BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE. Copies are supplied with quotations.
Can I use my own inspection company?
Yes - SGS, BV, TUV, QIMA or your own staff at any stage.
What if there is a defect?
Report within 30 days with photos. Confirmed defects above the AQL threshold are repaired, replaced or credited - your choice.
Do you test for REACH or Prop 65?
Yes, through accredited labs; reports are shared with you.
Shipping & payment
What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; irrevocable L/C at sight for qualified orders; negotiable for repeat buyers. Every order is on a Proforma Invoice.
Which Incoterms do you use?
FOB Tianjin / Xingang is standard. EXW, CIF and DDP are available on request.
How long does shipping to the Middle East take?
Sea freight from Tianjin to Jebel Ali, Dammam or Jeddah is typically 18-25 days port to port. Air freight is 5-7 days door to door.
How are bags packed?
Individual poly bag, then 5-layer export cartons with your marks and barcodes. Retail packaging is available per style.
Can you ship to my Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. We apply FNSKU labels, follow Amazon carton rules and can ship DDP to US and EU fulfilment centres.
