How payment follows production

Sample approved
You sign off the sample photos or the physical sample. Pro-forma invoice issued.
30% deposit received
Fabric and hardware are ordered the same day. The 20-day production clock starts.
Inspection report sent
AQL 2.5 final inspection with photos and measurements; third-party inspection welcome.
70% balance received
Goods released to the forwarder; bill of lading and packing list sent within 48 hours.

FAQ

Payment & shipping questions

Can I pay the balance after receiving the goods?

For first orders the balance is due against the inspection report and bill of lading copy. Repeat customers with a 12-month history may qualify for 30-day terms on the balance.

Do you quote DDP to Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

Yes. We work with forwarders who clear customs in Jebel Ali and Dammam daily and can quote delivered-duty-paid to your warehouse.

What is the minimum order for sea freight?

LCL makes sense from about 3 cbm (roughly 600-800 backpacks). Below that, air or express is usually cheaper per unit once handling is included.

Who pays for the sample courier?

The sample itself is free; you pay the courier (typically USD 30-60 by DHL) or give us your account number.

Custom Packing & Quality Inspection

Cartons made to the customer's spec; inspected backpacks sorted and packed by the packing team according to the customer's packing instructions.

Container Loading with Our Own Forklift

Our own forklift and trained loading technician moving cartons into the container for organised loading before the box leaves for the customer's port.
