This video shows the QC area with inspectors working through large batches of finished backpacks. They check visible details and workmanship before the products move to packing, giving buyers a practical look at the inspection stage after sewing and assembly are complete. The focus stays on the finished backpacks and the team reviewing them before shipment preparation.
For a purchasing team, batch inspection is an important control between production and delivery. It provides a point to identify workmanship issues, compare finished goods with the approved sample, and release a more consistent order for packing. SENSZX has operated in Baigou, China since 2006 and runs 100 production lines. Fully custom manufacturing starts at MOQ 500 pcs, with free samples in 3-5 days and bulk production in 20 days. Our factory supports BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CE requirements where applicable. To discuss your inspection expectations, request a free sample or send your tech pack.
