Take a behind-the-scenes look inside the fabric cutting department at SENSZX Bag Factory. Cutting determines whether 5,000 custom backpacks maintain the exact same shape, fit, and dimensions.
Fabric rolls are spread in multi-layer lays with uniform tension to prevent ply shifting. Vacuum CNC tables, driven by the exact same digitized CAD file used during sample prototyping, cut all panels with millimeter-level precision. Heavy-duty hydraulic presses cleanly stamp out complex straps, webbing anchors, and internal reinforcement components before cut pieces are bundled and ticketed for our 100 sewing lines. SENSZX has manufactured custom bags in Baigou, China since 2006 with BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CE certifications. Fully custom orders start from MOQ 500 pcs.
