Step onto the main sewing floor at SENSZX Bag Factory. With 100 dedicated in-house production lines running in parallel, our Baigou manufacturing facility delivers over 100,000 custom backpacks and bags each month for global brands, wholesalers, and retail distributors.
Each operator manages one dedicated operation (zipper insertion, webbing attachment, panel joining, binding) to maintain strict dimensional tolerance. Automatic programmable bartack machines reinforce every high-stress anchor before final assembly. 100% of cutting, sewing, and assembly happens under our own roof, ensuring consistent quality and holding a reliable 20-day bulk lead time. SENSZX specializes in custom OEM/ODM manufacturing from MOQ 500 pcs with BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CE certifications. Samples take 3-5 days.
