Unlike trading companies or workshops that subcontract sewing to third parties, SENSZX manages 100 in-house production lines under strict six-gate quality control. Every cut panel is tracked with batch ticketing, and roaming QC inspectors conduct in-line checks every 200 pieces to catch any stitch variance before final assembly. SENSZX has operated in Baigou, China since 2006, supporting fully custom OEM/ODM orders from MOQ 500 pcs with BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CE certifications.
